Building the Future: Women Leaders in Program Management

FMG is excited to announce the addition of three dynamic women leaders in the transportation community, highlighting the expansion of FMG’s services. With a long history of providing Architecture Design, our services now include Program/Project Management and Project Controls.

 

Linda De Bolt, PE, LEED AP consistently delivers quality and is known throughout the transportation industry for successfully managing milestones. Utilizing savvy engineering skills and knowledge acquired over 30 years, Linda currently provides program/project management support for BART. She has served as a project manager for several local agencies including cities of Oakland, San Francisco, San Rafael, Concord, Santa Clara VTA, and the Port of Oakland.

 

Olga Rodriguez, PE brings more than 25 years of proven project management experience with a history of strategic project delivery. In her current role, leading station platform water Intrusion projects for BART, she offers functional solutions to challenging projects and excels in creativity and client satisfaction. She has also served in a program/project management role for Alameda County Transportation Commission, Santa Clara VTA and San Mateo County Transportation Authority.

 

Adrienne Taylor's extensive background includes over three decades of expertise in the rail transit industry where she excels in taking ownership of a program from inception to completion, ensuring all details are addressed. Adrienne is providing project management and project controls support to BART. Her program/project management experience extends to several transportation agencies including Marin County Transit District, Orange County Transportation Authority, Metrolink-SCRRA, and Amtrak.
