LAVTA Maintenance Building

FMG is currently in the process of completing 65% bridging documents for the project to bid out to a design-builder. In 2013, a programming and needs assessment for the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) Maintenance Building was conducted that identified functional areas and spaces for the building. FMG was originally brought onto the project for review of the Master Plan, operational needs, and to determine space allocation within the building. The facility houses maintenance, administration, and ancillary spaces to support the management and staff, maintenance bays and stores, fuel islands, mechanical bus wash, and parking for LAVTA vehicles and employees.
