FMG worked with BART Maintenance and Engineering to develop recommendations and present findings in an Engineering Assessment Report. The goal was to develop contract documents for needed repairs that would mitigate water leakage from the platform level at the stations and, where applicable, attenuate the water entering the concourse level of the station where it interferes with BART operations and impacts patrons and BART employees. This project included water intrusion repairs at eight stations along BART’s A-Line and seven stations along the C&R Lines.
