Mania started at FMG in the spring of 2023. She enjoys improving accessibility to public transportation and working on transformative projects that shape society. Mania brings more than 20 years of transit experience with extensive knowledge of how complex transit projects get designed and built.

Rafael Started at FMG in October 2023, and brings a passion for working on public scale projects making long term improvements to the environment Rafael is an experienced architect with over 30 years of experience in all project phases, from design through construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration. He has proven success as a project leader directing architectural teams, ensuring successful consultant coordination, client relations, and project approvals.

Adrienne Taylor was promoted to Principal at FMG in the beginning of 2023. “My role at FMG is satisfying knowing I contribute to the important work of designing and managing major transportation projects. I like being part of a team that connects people and places through transit infrastructure.” Adrienne's extensive background includes over three decades of expertise in the rail transit industry where she excels in taking ownership of a program from inception to completion.
