We are proud to announce Charissa Frank’s promotion to President of FMG Architects. She is the third person to hold this position in the firm’s 37-year history, making FMG a 100% woman/minority owned small business. Charissa joined FMG in 2012, bringing with her a dynamic approach in strategic teaming on projects/pursuits with a big-business mindset, resulting in key wins and growth of the firm. Under Charissa’s leadership, the firm has also re-focused key staff to maximize core technical strengths, while adding project managers with expertise in architecture and engineering.
FMG's services now include architecture, engineering, and project management/PM/CM.
Claudia Guadagne will continue to lead the architecture practice as CEO. Claudia has built her career at FMG, and for the last 30 years, has proven her ability to translate client goals and requirements into creative architectural solutions that produce successful results. Claudia’s architectural design and attention to detail complements Charissa’s vision and high level strategic thinking, ultimately resulting in extraordinary outcomes for our clients.
